Do you have experience working with children of elementary school age? We are looking for volunteers to help in Children’s Church, a twice-a-month Sunday-morning program. Volunteers will work closely with leaders to provide care and assistance during class time. We believe all children are created in the image of God. It is our calling as a faith community to help engage the curiosity of our children, making space for their questions and exploration. and guiding them to find meaning in our shared spiritual journeys. MCC Toronto is a Vibrant, Inclusive, and Progressive Spiritual Community and a Renowned Human Rights Centre. Volunteers have always been at the heart of MCC Toronto. We would not be the strong, inclusive and welcoming community we’ve become, without the support and dedication of volunteers who help support our Worship Services and our other public programs. Please note that, In order to ensure the safety of children at MCC Toronto, all prospective volunteers will be screened in keeping with best practices and provincial guidelines.
